    Yesterday I installed windows 10 on my PC that still had Windows 7 on it. I bought a Windows 10 license and prepared a Windows 10 installation USB-Stick to boot from. When installing Windows 10 I completely wiped both harddrives to get rid of Windows 7 and all my data. (made a backup of course)

    During the installation, I got one error warning: "Something didnt work out. You can try again. OOBESETTINGSMULTIPAGE". I clicked "try again" but the same error showed up, so I decided to ignore it and just continue the installation.

    Now Windows 10 is installed and technically it is working. The problem is that it is extremely slow. It takes like 20-30 seconds most of the time for my actions (mouse clicks/keyboard inputs) to be recognized and processed. It never completely freezes though. I can always move my mouse around freely, it just doesnt react to me clicking on stuff. This is weird because the PC is easily fast enough to run Windows 10. (i5 processor, 16gb ram, decent graphics card and so on) Also Windows is installed on a SSD harddrive with more than enough space and nothing else on it. I also checked for updates and installed all of them, which took ages but changed nothing. So what could be causing this issue? Is it maybe because I am missing a driver or something?

    Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

    I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
