Windows 10 is glitching my old video card

My setup is a little bit old but it works fine for me, it's a Phenom X4, with 8GB RAM DD3 and a GT220, I've been using windows 7 for a long time and I think it's time for an upgrade, but when I try to install it my card starts showing some artifacts (in the installation as well, and I don't get how it's even possible), in windows 7 works completely fine, I can play my games and everything, but in Windows 10 my screen is all messed up, should I try some older version of Windows 10? give up and stick with windows 7? what should I do?

How revert to an old video card driver after a microsoft upgrade.

After allowing a Microsoft Upgrade, there is a cursor hiccup glitch. For example, if I move the cursor in circles, every 2 seconds it pauses for half a second. Same if I hold down a key. The key repeats for a while, then pauses
and starts again. I believe the problem is the upgraded video card driver doesn't work with my video card. How can I get the old video card driver?

HOORAY!! I fixed the problem as follows:

    1. Searched for Device Manager
(Or open control panel and find Device Manager)
    2. Select Display Adaptor
    3. Select the Video card listed, in my case “AMD Radeon(TM) R4 Graphics”
    4. Select “Update Driver”
    5. This gave a choice of driver AMD Radeon(TM) R4 Graphics dated April 24, 2017,
or a driver dated Sept. 22, 2017, or “Microsoft Basic Display Driver.”
I selected the oldest driver, dated April 24, 2017.
    6. Then I waited a minute or so while it installed the old driver, AND IT WORKED!
The Hiccup Glitch is gone. Hooray!
