    Hey guysSince a few weeks i have the Problem that my windows 10 x64 hangs for a few seconds as soon as i download ANY file - even a 10kb icon.Same happens when i upload icons to f.e. Twitch.I am able to press Pause on VLC or do something else but the explorer itself and the browser keeps hanging and sometimes it even says no response in the Browser.I tried updating any driver + windows, disabled Firewall and Defender.Problem appears in EVERY BrowserDoes anyone had the same issue?I kinda don't want to reset my whole OSThanks a lot guysSpecs:IntelR CoreTM i7-9700K CPUWin 10 Home - 20H232

    Windows 10 forced download

    To stop the download, uninstall the KB3035583 update (under "Control Panel > Windows Update > Installed Updates").


    To get rid of the C:\$Windows.~BT folder:
    • Right-click on your C: drive.
    • Select "Properties".
    • Click on [ Disk Cleanup ]
    • After the initial scan: If you have a [ Clean up system files ] button, click it and wait for the second scan to finish.
    • Scroll down the list and look for "Temporary Windows installation files" (its size should be in the gigabytes range); check the box.
    • Click on [ OK ] to start the clean-up.

    ^This, then reboot and go to manually update windows. Find KB3035583 in the list of available updates, right-click and "Hide this update" so it doesn't get installed again next go around.

    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
