Windows 10: Windows 10 is not detecting my second Hard at Startup

I'm having an issue, my second hard drive is 3TB, in this hard drive I have all user files, docs, pic, movies, pics, downloaded apps with licenses, etc, every file it goes directly to it, I'm using this setting to secure all my personal documents, and save time, in case the Operating system crashes, or main Hard Drive gets to damage the only thing I will need to do is install the OS in a new Hardrive, save time instead a backup, now since the last week of Oct 2019 , (maybe an update, not sure).. for some reason when my Pc Start, Windows is not detecting my second Hard Drive at Startup, Then I Run Disk management app, I do a Rescan, and the driver shows up, I have already check this Hard Drive and is in perfect conditions, I changed the drive letter , formatted the disk and still doing the same, after all that, I changed where the wires are connected, I have connected the Main Hard Drive to the slot where it was connected the secong Hardrive, and connected the second hardrive to a slot never used, then it shows up, before this I have renamed the secondary hard drive letter to "T", previously "D", after I saw showing up normally, I changed back to "D", and the issues started all over again... I can't just change the drive letter cause all programs are pointing to look for their configuration in the drive "D", I thought the slot for the second hard drive was not working, but now the main Hardrive is connected there, it means, is working fine...

any help with this, please?

Windows 10 no longer DETECTs the second display.

Windows 10 no longer DETECTs the second monitor on my surface pro.

It used to detect the Dell S2440L, but I moved locations and set the second monitor up again after it being disconnected for -1- month.

It no longer detects the second monitor. Also, the driver is not listed in Device Manager/Drivers list.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
