  1. Windows 10 is Not Recognizing my Midi Interface

I am using a Yamaha P-35 keyboard and a Tascam US-122L Audio/Midi interface. All of the audio I/O's are functional but Windows 10 will not recognize the midi input. The Tascam has its own ASIO driver but, I have since installed ASIO4ALL_2_14. Still I have no MIDI. I also installed "Midi-OX" to test the system and it doesn't see the keyboard input either. It is important to mention that I have 2 other computers, one running Windows 7, and, the other has Windows 8.1. My keyboard and Audio/Midi interface both work fine on both systems. I have the very same DAW on all 3 systems and the Win7 and Win81 both work fine. Windows 10 will not pass the midi signal through. I have read many articles on this subject, here on this site. The first complaints were back somewhere in 2016, perhaps earlier.

It seems that, after 2 or more years of complaints this would have been rectified. Having said that, I think I will revert back to using 8.1 on this system and scrap the Windows 10.

I guess my question is, has anyone found a fix for this problem yet?

  2. MIDI Interface Not Recognized

    Hey guys,

I make music with M-Audio's Trigger Finger MIDI control surface and my Asus desktop with Windows 10 doesn't recognize the device when it becomes plugged in but when it's plugged into my Asus Netbook with Windows 10 it's recognized and drivers automatically
install fine. Now I contacted M-Audio and I manually downloaded their drivers and the device was still not recognized. M-Audio then recommended me to contact you guys to see what further troubleshooting I can do to get it working. Any suggestions would be
    great, thanks!

Windows 10 Midi Keyboard not working

I too am having problems with two midi keyboards-both are recognized but neither of their USB midi interfaces work. The units are class complient and have windows 10 64 bit drivers. I do notbelieve the problem is with them as they both work on a windows
7 machine, the problem is with the latest upgrade on windows 10.
