    windows 10 is not responding and stuck in first attamp


    windows 10 is not responding and stuck in first attamp when I start my laptop ,but when I shutdown using longpress on shutdown button and start again my laptop its work properly ,please tell me why this happend becasue I felt tired to restart system again and again

    I face this problem after switching/update from windows 7 to windows 10


    please give me idea how to solve this problem

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    I understand that you were unable to upgrade your computer to Windows 10, later you installed Windows 10 by creating media creation tool on USB.

    Do let us know the additional information to assist you better with this issue:

    • Where does the operating system stuck when you say: " It is stuck and will not respond"?
    • What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?
    • What exactly do you mean by: "It goes back to it's original position"?
    • What exactly happens with the apps when you say: "No apps respond"?

    When you are no apps are responding I understand that you are able to boot the computer to desktop, do confirm to us.
