I was working on Power Point on a video, I finalized and turned my computer off. Next day today I turn it and started correctly up to desktop, from there I can't do anything and the system goes back to desktop again and again about 30 sec at a time. Can't open any apps.

    :)

How to change boot options permanently (Win 10 not being default)?

The reason I asked you to set it at 30 sec is to give the system a chance to list both OSes so that you would have a chance to choose which one to run.
Humour me. Set it at 30 sec > click OK when done > restart computer......................

Windows 10 is rebooting every 30 sec I can not stop it.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
