I understand that the laptop will not shutdown completely. We will help you.

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps you.

• Remove all the externally connected devices and cables including the battery.
• Hold the power button for about a minute and release the power button.
• Connect only the power cable and power on the PC.
• Check if the issue persists.

Charger

The iPhone 6S came with a 5w charger block using a 'USB-A to Lightning' connection cable. (Older iPads came with a 10w or 12w charger block - depending on the country - and a 'USB-A to Lightning' connection cable.)

A 20w (and 30w) charger block IS available from Apple but you'll also require a 'USB-C to Lightning' connection cable.

The iPhone 6S will charge faster with a 10w/12w/20w/30w charger block compared to the original 5w charger block. However, charging times don't decrease with each wattage increase due to the phone's built-in 'charge limitation' in order to protect the battery and stop it overheating during charging.

What that means is that the battery will not charge faster with a 20w charger block (nor 30w) than a 12w charger block... so you may as well just buy a 12w USB-A iPad charger block to save the additional expense of a 'USB-C to Lightning' connection cable.
