Windows 10: Windows 10 iso not working

Hello!

I have a problem with windows 10. I had insider preview, but on time it said that it was expiring. I downloaded an windows 10 iso file to get back to the stable version of windows. When I got in this version, there was a wallpaper of a guy I didn't know, the PC name wasn't the one I had when I bought this PC and I can't change some settings on it. I've tried factory reset, but still the same problems occurs!

What can I do to get back to my facotory version of windows?

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
