Windows 10: Windows 10 iso

I have a crashed HP which had a purchased Windows 10 Pro OS. I downloaded Windows 11 even though it wasn't allowed. How do I get a Windows 10 iso on my bootable USB Flash drive without admin permission on the PC I have access to? To reinstall it on my crashed HP Desktop I have at home. Which is a Elitedesk 800 G3 TWR. I7-7700K processor and 48G of ram at 2400Hertz.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
