    Hello,I'm experiencing some challenging issues with my Dell laptop running Windows 10 and I'm hoping that someone could help guide me to a solution.Recently, my laptop had trouble starting up. It would perpetually load without fully starting, so I performed a system restore to an available restore point from March 13, 2023. This seemed to solve the initial problem, but then I encountered new issues.The first problem I ran into after the system restore was a file system error -1073740791 every time I tried to download software and run it as an administrator.
