Windows 10: Windows 10 July 2018 Update Access Denied Error

After using my computer July 24, Windows asked to update when it shut down. I did the update and didn't try to log back in until the 29th. When I typed my password, it gave me an "Access Denied" error. We were able to get into my husband's account and were going to uninstall the update but saw that there was a new update, so we took it hoping it would correct the error. My account now will allow me to login but says "Access Denied" when it tries to load my desk top. So, my account, with all of my documents, is unusable. On top of that, the folder for my user account when viewed from my husband's side says it was created today when I took the newest Windows 10 update.


We tried to uninstall today's updates, and were able to uninstall 2 of them. We cannot get it to allow us to uninstall KB4343669. I don't know what to try next. I need access to my documents, and I can't get to any of them. Both my account and my husband's are admin accounts. What can we do from here?
