Windows 10: Windows 10 July 2022 update KB5015807 - No Recovery options

After installing the latest Windows 10 July 2022 update KB5015807 I have found that the Recovery options page is not available from the Update & Security settings page or the update history page.The "Recovery" word still appears but clicking on it does nothing other than to close the settings page.Is this a known bug? or is this intentional?Will this be fixed? or is it going to be this way from now on?Just to be clear, uninstalling this update and pausing updates fixes the problem for now and I have experienced the same symptoms on 3 computers running different CPU, Motherboard, RA

All microsoft XPS documents cannot be opened after successfully installed July 12, 2022—KB5015807 update for Window 10

After successfully installed the July 12, 2022—KB5015807 (OS Builds 19042.1826, 19043.1826, and 19044.1826) update for my desktop Window 10, all XPS format documents cannot be opened. If I uninstall this update, I can open the XPS format documents as before. How can I fix this problem? Thanks.
