    All was work GOOD until Win 10 did a restart for update today. Now it on 23 % for hour . Why ???

    Windows 10 update 23 July

    Thanks but I can't get update info for 23 July Features update as another update took place on Friday morning 24 July which I hoped would clear the problem (it didn't). That is the only list on the installed updates page - nothing on 23 July update.
