Windows 10: Windows 10 just 14 usd is legit?

I found a link in a video tutorial to this website and the windows10pro is strange cheap.

Legit Windows 10 OS Product Keys

So apparently, my new PC got installed w/ an invalid windows 10 OS. I need to buy a legit one but when I went to the mall, the prices for the same OS on different stores are wildly different. Some are selling for around 300 USD, while others around 400 USD.
I am torn between getting the cheaper ones, but hesitant that this might not be legit windows OS at the same time 400 USD is something I can barely afford this time so I'm hesitant about that too. The stores are located in the same mall. So I was wondering
what your thoughts are?

Should I go for the cheaper one, or spend all of my extra cash on the 400 USD one? Why the price difference though? It's pretty big.. O.O

P.S. I can't buy from MS online stores as I don't have a means to pay for digital products...
