Windows 10: Windows 10 just won't recognize my USB microphone DELL laptop

For some reason, Windows just decided to stop recognizing my Yanmai Q3 USB microphone, I tried to look for the manufacturer's website but I didn't find it, I installed one of those programs that automatically update all your drivers, and even there it still showed my microphone as a "Unknown USB device" or something along those lines, I even tried uninstalling and re-installing the "unknown device" from the Device Manager and nothing happened, PLEASE can anyone tell me how to fix this, or if at least I'm not the only one encountering this problem.

Microphone not recognized

I did that before and I did it again and it says it detected a problem and fixed it but it still won't recognize back jack. This is going to show how dumb I am but I just noticed there is a jack for the microphone on the front of my Dell. Windows has been
showing a microphone but said it was on a usb port so that was why I was ignoring it. I plugged the microphone into the front jack and although I didn't hear anything when I talked into it, I brought up the sound recorder app and it did record in it, so I
know the microphone is working. Still don't know why it won,t recognize back jack but not going to worry about it.

Some USB Devices not recognized in Windows 10

Hi have Windows 10 Pro insider preview 10532 64bit Pro Intel i7 desktop PC.

I have multiple USB devices connected, USB 3 & 2. The USB HDD is working however my Samsung phone and kindle are no longer being recognized. The steps followed so far:

• Uninstalled all USB devices in device manager including controllers
• Flashed BIOS to latest version
• Updated USB drivers for the devices from manufacturers sites
• Tried new USB cables

Please note: both devices are recognized by my Windows 10 Lenovo laptop.

I really don't want to fresh install, please suggest any diagnostics I can try.
