Windows 10: Windows 10 KB5011831 RELEASE PREVIEW update BUG...My laptop will not turn on unless plugged...

"My laptop will not turn on unless plugged in and will shut down if it is unplugged" This all happened after the KB5011831 Windows 10 update at 4:25:28 am on May 8, 2022 .... When the update was downloaded, I selected the power option on the start menu: "Update and Shut Down" ... Update ends at 100% updated with the last 89% battery being charged and the computer shuts down when the update completed from battery_report.html There may be a few bugs in the KB5011831 update that interfere with the battery driver or hardware

According to this link and whether or not these have been Insider Preview Builds as @FordGT90Concept contends, I found this link: [Changelog] What’s New in Windows 10 April 2018 Update (Version 1803)

Can you unlock Windows 10 Technical Preview eventually?

Hi,

I am using the Win 10 Tech Preview which is great. When its is finally released in the Fall (or maybe in July as the rumors have suggested) can I just use my Windows 8 Key and turn this install into a full licensed version or will I have to re-install it and use my key then?
