Windows 10: Windows 10 keep asking to sign in with Microsoft account. How to make it stop?

I continuously get this annoying advise.I have my own backups across several devices with several OS, so I do not need neither I want to sign up on Microsoft account.I also use it mostly offline I know it is uncommon, but Windows is not my main OS. It is dedicated to a few specific tasks where it is required, so an online account is also more than useless.I tried several ways during times that I don't remember all of them. Anyway they did not produce any result since this is still coming out.I tried policies, I tried registry.But I continue receiving this. So many times that if anything real

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

• Launch the Store from your Start menu.
• Click the user icon next to the search box.
• Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
• Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
• When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”

I suggest you to follow the methods below:

Method 1

I Suggest you to start the "Microsoft account sign in assistant" service and check if it helps. If its already started then stop it and restart the service.To do so,follow the steps below:

• Type services in the search bar.
• Select Microsoft account sign in assistant service.
• Right click on Microsoft account sign in assistant
  and click stop to stop the service.
• Right click on Microsoft account sign in assistant
  again and click restart to start the service.

Method 2

I suggest you to create a local admin account and then switch to microsoft account and check if it helps:
