Windows 10: Windows 10 keep crashing every 1-3 hours

Starting on September 13, 2019 suddenly, Windows 10 keep crashing every 1-3 hours either with Stop code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED or Stop code: UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION. I also noticed the Disk usage is at 100% on Task manager most of the time.

Things I did that did not stop the crashing and deceasing disk usage to safe usage:
- Ran chkdsk
- Ran the System File Checker tool (SFC)
- Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM.exe)
- Done a System Restore
- Disabled the antivirus security software program
- Uninstalled the antivirus security software program and let it use the default Windows Defender- Done Startup repair
This is all I think of what things I done to try to fix the problem(s) at the moment, I may have miss some.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Quiet Hours are times of day when you don't want to be disturbed by notifications. How to set them up:

• 1. Click the Action Center icon on the taskbar.
• 2. Click Quiet hours.
  3. Set your Quiet Hours.

The last (3) seems to suggest there is a setting - but as you - and others- have observed it seems to be just an on/off button now.
