Windows 10: windows 10 keep restarting then a blue screen with the error

Hi,

after an update installed my win 10 showed a blue screen with an error then went to repair pc restart went to diagnose pc then went to option screen which I choose advance option [to select safe boot]it stuck with the windows logo for 1/2 an hour so I shut down the PC can anyone please help me thanks in advance.oh I tried to recover and it ask for my microsoft account but it keeps showing I entered the wrong password which is working for my outlook and everything else but this.

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
