Windows 10 keeps adding russian keyboard.

Hi all!I'm using 2 keyboards, English and Ukrainian. However, occasionally I can see russian keyboard being added by the OS for no reason.I keep removing it, I even tried to remove it through the registry editor, but in a few days, russian keyboard is back on the language bar. Moreover, when it appears on the language bar, it does not appear in the "preferred languages" in language options. So I have to add it to remove it.I have the same problem on my laptop running Windows 11, but the registry edit seems to be working there. Please help, I'm already tired to remove that language.

    :)

Russian Phonetic Keyboard for Windows 10

    First go to settings

Then go to time and language

Then go to region and language

Click add and then add the russian language

And when it is in the list of languages under the plus button you click on russian in the list of languages and click options, then click add a keyboard and select the russian one that is called Russian-Mnemonic

NOTE: This is a pheonetic keyboard

To get quick access to changing from your curent language to russian do windows key and spacebar and then keep the windows button pressed in and click the spacebar to go between languages
