Windows 10: Windows 10 keeps asking for one drive for business credentials

Hi,I used to have OneDrive and OneDrive for Business on my desktop PC, but now that I have changed jobs, I had removed OneDrive for business.The issue now is that my system keeps on giving me a security warning that I am logged out of OneDrive and when I click on that it asks me to sign into my old business account instead of my personal OneDrive. I can manually change the mail ID to my personal one and then successfully proceed to login. But that would only make the issue go away temporarily. After a few days, the same security warning comes up again and I am once again to sign into OneDrive

OneDrive keeps asking for credentials at every boot.


Hi to everybody.
First of all, I know there are a lot of topics regarding this issue. Still, I didn't find anything which could help me.

A few infos:

• I'm running the Insider Build 14332, and this problem started to show up since this last installation;
• I've already tried to delete my credentials from the Credential Manager, with no luck.

I've noticed this thing: OneDrive is messing up with Windows credentials too. Each time I login with it, Windows 10 keeps asking to verify my account, so I had to follow this guide by Brink to fix the mess.
Now I'm in the situation where my Windows is working, but I can no longer use OneDrive.
Browsing around the internet, I've read that a lot of people are still having this problem (as you can see at this link).
In particular, some people have having this problem (like me): in Credential Manager, the username is being turned in a random alphanumeric string (see the photo).
Any hint to fix this problem?

 

Windows Network Credentials

Hi Keith,

We suggest that you disable Credential Manager before mapping your Drives. Please follow these steps to disable Credential Manager:

• In the search box type “Services”
• Right click on “Services” and select “Run as Administrator”
• In the Services Window, look for Credential Manager Service and click “Stop”.
• Restart the computer and go back the Credential Manager Service and set it to “Automatic”.
• Restart the computer again.

Please keep us updated if you were able to map your drives.

 

Skype for Business and Exchange Credentials

Skype for Business will repeatedly ask for Exchange credentials even though they are correct. It wont sync with my outlook/ exchange calendar or update free/busy times? Anybody have any suggestions.
