Windows 10: Windows 10 keeps breaking my PC

A week ago, my computer stopped booting entirely due to what I assume is a failure to load Windows 10, and automatic repair, attempting to reinstall, and various other solutions never worked. I assumed my main drive was broken, so I reset my computer with the drive removed and decided to reinstall Windows 10 on my 1 TB hard drive.


Lo and behold, Windows 10 finally installed and I got my computer back up and running. It worked... for a day. Now I'm faced with black screens at start up and the occasional "Windows 10 couldn't start" which I assumed was fixed but clearly isn't.


I'm now resetting my computer for another reinstall and crossing my fingers since I have no clue what's causing this issue. Any ideas?

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 Pro and Ergnomic Break Reminder

Do you remember installing any break reminder software?



It looks like it is a pop up from a break reminder software.



I suggest you to look for this in Programs in features and uninstall it if do not use it.



Try the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open Run Command
  
• 
  Type Appwiz.cpl and hit enter
  
• 
  Search for the programs and un-install it.

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
