    Windows 10 keeps corrupting


    I’ve reinstalled windows several times over the last few weeks using a usb, everything seems to run fine then after a few days the desktop freezes. I’m forced to restart and nothing will load stuck with acer boot logo then all troubleshooting options etc fail when try to run usb. I have to reinstall windows to regain access. Any suggestions? Just about to backup my files in case harddrive is failing.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
