Windows 10: Windows 10 Keeps Crashing DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION

This is a build I made myself. I have owned this build for 6 months now with everything bought brand new. The system is fairly new. I have been getting DPC watchdog violation on and off. Sometimes it doesn't happen for 1 month and then it starts randomly happening every 2 minutes to every hour. This happens mainly when I am on the desktop or watching videos on youtube. The error Happens maybe 5% of the time when in game.I have tried the following and nothing solved it:- Reseat all hardware on motherboard.- Check every connection - did the memtest and everything is fine- did the sfc/scannow and

100% HDD usage followed by DPC Watchdog Violation

Yeah, Idk if Hitachi DFT can check your drive but you can give it a shot

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Have you tried the troubleshooting steps on this
