Almost one month ago to today, on May 25th I requested help to resolve the issue where Windows 10 keeps displaying Wayne's A12 Samsung Cell phone has either stopped responding or been disconnected. A person answered but did not give a reasonable answer. A person later asked that I send some Windows Events Logs, which was reasonable but they neglected to say how I could send them since I do not see any way that I can!I attempted to bring this to their attention twice but they have NOT responded!I request that someone respond to help resolve the continuing notices without delay.Thank you.

Windows 10 keeps displaying Wayne's A12 (Samsung Cell phone) has either stopped responding been disconnected after waking from Sleep mode, as I recall even though it is not connected! At least now it is only one instance at a time. Some time ago with an earlier version of Windows, I got many duplicated messages at a time. See screenshot. My Windows version is: 22H2 Build 19045.2913. What can be done to resolve this issue.

Hi, WayneCarpenter-. I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem, and I hope I can assist you to find a satisfactory solution.

One of the problems may be the USB driver (Connect the Cell Phone via USB correctly).

Need to update the usb driver with the latest version from the Manufacturer.

Update the BIOS as well.

Can you send me the windows logs?

To get the Windows Event logs:

On Windows 10

In the Windows search bar, start typing: Event Viewer.

Click Event Viewer Application in the search results pane.

In Event Viewer, expand "Windows Logs" (in the left pane).

Right-click Application and click Save All Events As.

In the Save As dialog, ensure that the file type is set to Event Files (*.evt).

Name the log file "Application" and click Save.

Repeat steps 5 through 7 to get the System and Security logs.
