Windows 10: Windows 10 keeps freezing every few days

I build this PC few weeks ago and i still have this problem, that every 10 PC starts it is impossible to use it at all, Windows freezes all the time, the mouse moves at 0.01 FPS, the only thing that helps is 2/3 reboots and then everything goes back to normal. This problem returns by itself about every 5-10 PC starts few days, then I have to reboot again and everything works normally. If the system starts without problems, then the performance in games is great, no lags or stutters, i play Cyberpunk in 4k on ultra settings without any doubts.What I have already tried1. 4x Windows reinstall,
