Windows 10: Windows 10 Keeps Freezing Suddenly

My laptop suddenly freezes and I can't do anything except holding the power button to shut down. Testing hardware has shown that all items are working correctly. I thought it might have been caused by the last Windows update, so I updated all drivers with IOBit tools, but it kept freezing. Can anyone help me?
