Windows 10: Windows 10 keeps freezing the mouse and keyboard

Hi there!
I'm a part of an IT department in a hospital. all the clients here are joint to a domain. it's just about a month that most of the client systems keep hanging. The mouse and the keyboard don't work and we have to restart the whole machine with the physical reset button; which, I must say, the button itself doesn't work either so we have to push the power button for seconds till the system shuts down.
Once I opened the Task Manager and the client was doing some normal things (printing the patient's document) and suddenly the keyboard and mouse just froze So I saw the disk percentage it was reaching 100%. After switching off and on the system again, I just checked the disk usage and it was around 25%!
That's it. Every single system keeps hanging the keyboard and mouse and also the physical reset button and we have no idea what is wrong!
We have different systems and different vendors, HP all in one PCs and Intel core i5 PCs and different stuffs. but it keeps freezing in ALL of them running windows 10.
In case that you ask about the OS, we had windows 7 running on these machines before and the clients did the same things they do now, but it never froze. We're using windows 10 for nearly 15 months so far but the problem has just showed off for around 3 weeks.
Any help would be appreciated

Unresponsive Mouse and Keyboard in Windows 10
