    Windows 10 keeps freezing when memory spikes above 60%.


    Hello,Ever since the February 2022 updates for Windows 10, my PC freezes when opening programs like Microsoft Teams, Discord, or other programs that need over 700MB of RAM. I currently have 16GB of RAM specs of PC listed below and I don't think this is the main cause. My initial guess is my graphics card specs below has 4GB of RAM but not sure if it's the main cause of my system freezing.Also, just a couple of months ago I upgraded from Windows 10 Home to Education and after that upgrade, it seems to freeze more and more. Any ideas as to what the cause could be? Thanks.Additional notes: Al

    CPU spiking to 100% in windows 10

    I am having a similar problem. Every 60 seconds the CPU usage spikes due to Windows Explorer. The system freezes for a few seconds and then continues. Sometimes windows close.

    I have started in Safe Mode and also a Clean Boot but the problem persists. I tried the system maintenance, as suggested, with no luck. I'm not sure what else to try.
