Windows 10: Windows 10 Keeps Having System Errors After Update

I updated my Windows 10 last night before going to bed, and today my OS keeps rebooting itself after a certain period of time. It seems to happen faster during inactivity, but I cannot officially confirm this.

I followed the Quick Fix listed on this webpage, and although it fixed the reboots it instead caused my PC to freeze completely at random. I have since undone this fix. I have not been able to try Method 1 because I do not have a bootable disk, and I would rather ask for help first than to remove stuff in the registry as is suggested in Method 2.

Does anybody have any advice?

Edit: I also seem to get system errors when I try to launch too many applications at once. I just tried to launch Steam, Skype and Discord at the same time, and my OS immediately froze and rebooted. It seems to be able to handle running them all at the same time though, as it doesn't seem to have issues if I launch them one at the time.

Update would not initialize. It looped 19 times.

this message shows up after downloading update for sometime. What should I do to keep my system up to date??

 

You might start with the results of your Reliability History. In the Search box, type 'rel' and take a look at the top result will shows app and system crashes.

 

A Computer that freezes or reboots is usually caused by overheating, or a failing Power Supply Unit
Shut down the computer and open the side and clean out any dust. Blow out all fans with a can of Compressed Air.
Boot into Setup (Bios) go to PC Health or some such. Here check the Temperatures, and the Voltages. Post them here.
If everything looks good, then try a Clean Boot. If this works, then add one startup item or service and reboot each time until the computer freezes or reboots, then you will know what the problematic program is.
