Windows 10: Windows 10 keeps looking for a .dll in startup that I specifically removed, and shows me...

I removed all of the program files on an HP printer from my computer and installed a different brand. I removed the HP products from the Start Menu. However, whenever I turn my computer on it tells me there is an error because it cannot find an HP dll file for startup. How can I correct that. Really annoying.

Can someone please give me a step by step showing of how to take control of a .dll file in Windows 8? It looks totally different from 7, where the "Owner" tab is not there.

As an initial recommendation, we suggest that you disable your Startup programs to isolate the cause of the error. To do this, follow these steps:

• Right-click the taskbar and select Task Manager.
• Click More details.

• Right-click every listed program and choose Disable.
• Restart your computer and check if the issue persists.
  
• If the error disappears, enable one of the programs and restart your computer to check if the error reappears; this is to pinpoint exactly which program is causing the error. Do this for all Startup programs until you find the cause.
• Once you've found the program that's causing the error, you can then try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
