Windows 10: Windows 10 keeps looping restart?

Hi I wanted to switch from windows 11 to windows 10 but now it keeps restarting and it just loops but I can’t turn off my pc as it’ll corrupt the installation and leave my pc unusable and this is happening after it said downloading files for windows 10 please I beg someone help
