Windows 10: Windows 10 keeps on adding new keyboard layouts which cannot be deleted

Hello all,I have a need of using exactly two keyboard layouts, English US with language set to English Australia and Finnish, and want to be able to switch between the two with a single keyboard shortcut Windows-Space. However, one of the latest versions of Windows has inappropriately added multiple languages to my keyboard layout and I have to rotate between all of them when I press Windows-Space. I only need and want the two I mentioned above to be available.It appears that similar problems have been reported here in the past 2016 etc but none of the solutions offered back then work in

Same here,

I just want Dutch Language with an US international keyboard but Windows 10 keeps adding, for no apparent reason, Dutch with a Dutch QWERTY layout (that nobody in the world even uses) and English with a US keyboard layout.

No matter how often I delete them (using a special kind of wizardry by adding the layouts and languages and removing them again, because in the Control Panel they are not installed) they keep coming back and it is driving me insane.

Microsoft, please fix this highly annoying bug, I can understand if you live in the US and have a US keyboard that you are not seeing this bug but the rest of the world is really getting irritated. Just do a Google search on "Windows 10 keyboard layout keeps
changing"

This suggests to me that you are using the wrong "keyboard language" for your keyboard, and that therefore you first step would be to determine exactly what language keyboard you have. Possibly have a look at Windows Keyboard Layouts - Globalization | Microsoft Docs.

(The age of any laptop capable of running Windows 10 at all should not be a problem as regards keyboard layout)
