Windows 10: Windows 10 keeps restarting saying some error occured

My windows 10 keeps on restarting , saying some error occured.My laptop is totally updated , n i have disabled the automatic restart option too , but still its happening !!Can i pls know the reason of it and how to fix it causes its getting so annoying !!

"A Disk Read Error Occurred"

I tried to install windows 2000, and after i do a format, and after it copies the files, it says the computer must be restarted, but after it restarts, i get a message that says:

"A Disk Read Error Occurred"

Do i have to hit f6 and install something?
i do have SATA.

 

ATI tool error occured`

Everytime i install Ati tool,once i restart my computer,a box will show me that the error occured when open ATI tool,i have try a few version,but the problem didn't change.It just keep tell me that it encounter a problem when open ATI tool and ask me to send error report.
What is the problem?I had already try format my computer and install the other version of Window XP but cannot run it also.

 

internet keeps dropping, says DNS error

Ok my internet line keeps dropping randomly every time I play a game, surf the web, etc. I do not know whats going on ISP changed the modem says it could be my router. I have never touched my router after doing the tomato firmware change, this is getting frustrating, any suggestions?


Things I have tried:
Restarting modem and router
Changing Modem
Restarting modem from ISP(called them)
