Windows 10: windows 10 keeps saying that I have no internet connection when I do

I'm having a big problem my computers windows 10 is saying I have no internet connection but I do have internet but because of this I can't use some of windows 10's features I've use the windows troubleshooting and it there's nothing wrong even apps other apps are there's no internet connection when there is right now I typing this on my computer this happen a few month ago I got a windows update then the connection flicker and was gone then I got another update and it was back for half a minute and gone again I still can get updates go online but windows keeps showing no internet connection when there is Can someone please help me with this problem

Internet Connection troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your internet.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on
  the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter and
  Network Adapter troubleshooter.

Upgrading to Windows 10 from windows 7 and losing internet connection

When trying to search for a driver on that motherboard, it doesn't say Windows 10 on it. My suggestion would be to get a NIC card of some sort that is known to work with the OS (most).
