Windows 10 keeps setting unwanted keyboards on start.

I've been having this issue for a while now, but every time I turn off and on my computer, I get the German Switzerland keyboard added for no reason. It's only active when I use Windows + Space to switch between keyboards or by pressing the icon on the taskbar.
When I want to remove it, it doesn't appear so each time, I have to find the keyboard, add it to delete it again.
I also used to have the English US that would get added but it seems to have stopped.

I've seen a couple of forums mention this issue but never found any working solutions, so is there a way to put an end to this or is it a bug that is here to stay ?

For my settings, I have English US as the display language, Japanese and French CH as preferred languages and my region is set to Switzerland.

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

I really hate having to come here and ask for help, but I really am stumped. It hurts my geek pride. I have a PC with fairly modern hardware in it. It has a p8p67 pro in it. I have tried upgrading windows 10 on it twice now. Both times I have had the same result.

After windows finishes upgrading it goes to the log in/set up screen. I can't do anything. No keyboard or mouse input is accepted.

I will list some, or hopefully all, of the troubleshooting steps I have tried:
    • Move keyboard and mouse to different USB ports.
    • Try different keyboard or mouse.
    • Restart computer, repeatedly.
    • Google for related issues.
    • Update Bios, because why not.
    • Create boot media and revert to windows 7.
The windows 10 system restore boot media works fine with keyboard and mouse. All USB ports work in windows 7. I don't know what is wrong. I suspect that windows 10 is lacking a driver of some sort, but since the computer accepts no input I have no way of checking for which driver let alone installing it.

Please help me figure this out. If I have to revert back to windows 7 again, I am not going to get it upgraded to windows 10. Thank you in advanced.

The extra keyboard layout keep adding to my language bar (with Pics)

    Hi Panupong,

The updated Windows 10 may have detected your language, the reason why it automatically gave you the other Thai US keyboard. To correct this issue, we suggest that you follow these steps:

    • Click on the Start Menu, type in region and language settings and select it.
    • Under Languages, select Thai Kedmanee keyboard and click Remove.
    • Lastly, add it back by clicking Add a language.

After these steps, your keyboard layout will permanently stay with Thai Kedmanee keyboard.

Let us know if the steps above resolved your issue.
