Windows 10: Windows 10 keeps signing me out after hard shutdown

So before this when I hard shutdown holding the power button on my laptop I don't know the actual term it will show the other user where I have to put in my email and password/pin. this doesn't happen with a soft shutdown, restart or when I close the lid ill just have to put in my pin.

YOUTUBE KEEPS SIGNING ME OUT!!

Hello,

I have Windows 10 and recently had an issue, and did a system restore.

Everything is back to normal, thanks to a tech that helped me with the problem. It would take

too long to explain, but now YouTube keeps asking me to sign in and out all the time.

I've gone to Google, and my cookies are turned on, the sync is turned off. I cannot find

local data, which is supposed to be turned off, I guess I don't have that option. If anyone has

had experience with YouTube sign in and out issues I could really use your help. If I'm missing

some steps, I don't know what it could be, I've looked at a lot of YouTube videos, and nothing works.

I only chose desktop start and personalization because I didn't know what to choose, since this is

not a Microsoft issue.
