Windows 10: windows 10 lag and restart fix it

I am using HP pavilion notebook with windows 10 pro, lately my system start to lag and after I restart it works fine for a while and lag again. I checked for drivers update and all drivers is up to date also run a full scan using windows defender, kaspersky anti virus and malware bytes and no threats found also try to perform a clean boot for the system and that didn't help. any idea on how to resolve this issue I am tired of restarting my laptop 200000 times everyday.

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Firefox is lagging on me

Hmm, well I restarted windows. Took a look at the list, had nothing on there. Only addon I do have is Fireproxy which I removed since I'm not using it. Either that or the restart fixed it. Thanks.
