    Windows 10 lag spikes/freezes with event errors


    Hello, I am new to this forum and this is my first plea for assistance so here it goes.
    I bought this computer from faces book it all seemed to check out initially after I bought a couple new hard drives and got it all set up but I am definitely experiencing some issues here,error events for applications and system so far today included.

    build:
    win10 64 bit build 18363.535
    gigabyte 970a-ds3p mobo
    wd blue ssd 500gb(os)
    wd blue 1 tb hdd
    16 gigs of a data ddr1866 ram
    amd fx 9590 cpu
    amd radeon R9 270 gpu

    Random Lag Spikes With Event Viewer Error

    Dear Srimadhwa!

    I do not get any window pop-ups during the lag spikes the only thing I discovered was that when I lag in any game/program that message pops up in event viewer (the Win32K) I do not know anything else about it.

    My PC gives a few lag spikes every now and then but I didnt see nay problem with that until I found that Whenever I lag I get his message in event Viewer.

    The description for Event ID 263 from source Win32k cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

    If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

    The following information was included with the event:

    The specified resource type cannot be found in the image file

    Hi,

    We would like to know more about your lag issue:

    • What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
    • Does the lag occur in a particular game?

    In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

    • Press Windows Key + X.
    • Click on Control Panel.
    • Select Troubleshooting.
    • On the left pane, click on View All.
    • Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.
