Windows 10: Windows 10 lagging and freezing repeatedly after inserting new Atheros AR 5B195?

My Dell Inspiron 15 3543 started to lag like anything after inserting new Azurewave Atheros AR5B195 PCIe Half mini Wlan card, in device manager it is showing like this Qualcomm Atheros AR9002WB-1NG. First I had to enter safe mode because of the long long loading at windows logo, then after entering safe mode my Dell Inspiron 15 3543 froze, Freezing in safe mode that's weird. I really don't understand why this is happening. I just bought that chip. I would appreciate if anyone could help me.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows version 1809 - excel displays new comment instead of insert comment

Did all of the steps you suggested and the drop down list still does not show "insert comment" HOWEVER when I select "new note" from the dropdown list, it works the same as "insert comment". I think the engineers changed the title. Also at the top
of the excel screen is a field "tell me what you want to do"; if you type in insert comment, the insert comment window comes up and looks exactly like the window when you select "new note". As you suggested, I will send feedback to the engineers. Thank
you for your help.

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.
