    Windows 10: Lags when not playing a video


    So ever since I’ve updated to windows 10 I have a very weird bug.Sometimes games i have noticed this in dota2 and csgo will start to horrendously lag, my fps counter will still state something upwards of 30-60 and fluctuate heavily though it is usually higher and somewhat stable.This will not go away until I restart the pc or start playing a YouTube video on chrome. I will have to have the video playing on my second monitor, if I pause or close it the lags are immediately back.This is not a hardware performance issue as I sometimes have the lags sometimes I don’t. If I have them, I won’t hav
