Windows 10: windows 10 lan internet

Hello, I am Ali from Iran. I had a problem connecting the phone to the PC with a USB cable. I gave several solutions, one of those solutions was network reset When I reset the network, the lan internet did not connect to my pc. But when I enter the BIOS settings, the lan cable's lights turn on, and when I exit the BIOS, the lan cable's lights turn off.and with restarting my pc and delete and reinstalling the network card driver, my internet did not work

Please answer the below questions to assist you better.

1. Is the computer connected to the domain network?

2. What is the make and model of the computer(where windows 10 is installed)?

3. What is the error message or error code you are getting when you are opening the webpage?

Run the network troubleshooter to check if the system has internet connection first. Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your
internet.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key + X Key, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter

Further, if you still face the issue, I suggest you to go to the Wireless Adapter manufacturer’s website and search for the latest Windows 10 drivers available for the device and then manually install it by following the instructions given in the website.

If you're using, then I would suggest you to disable that in Internet Explorer as the settings of Internet Explorer applies for Microsoft Edge. Follow the steps:

• Open Internet Explorer.
• Click on tools icon on the top-right corner of the screen and click on
  Internet Options.
• Select Connections tab, then click on LAN settings
  and uncheck the box next to Use a proxy server for your LAN.
