Windows 10: Windows 10 Language changes by itself

I have read many methods online but none helps me ......What else can I do ? For example, when I go online and search on Google browser using Arabic language, just I move my fingers trying to write in the box something different, it goes English typing ? It is very disgusting and irritating in each second I need to press Alt + left shift . I can't know why this happened. It never happened with when I used windows 7 many years ago. Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

Change your Windows display language

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Remove the Existing language.

  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.

  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on the Option adjacent to the
  Existing language.
  
• 
  Click on remove under input method.
  

Step 2: Add English Language.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.

  Select Control panel.

  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Add the English language from the given list.
