    windows 10 lap top. Dashes appearing continuously befre even log in and also any work screen,


    Had tried uninstall through device manager on keyboard driver. It didn't solve

    Had cleaned and blown the Key Board. It didn't solve

    Tried Virus scan. It didn't solve.

    Using USB external keyboard. It didn't solve

    Using Wireless external keyboard. It didn't solve

    Using on Screen keyboard. It didn't solve

    Had typed and sought help on internet ... all no answer (or wrong answer)

    Let the first dashes through the Log In. Enter and the log in will fail. When you try logging again, the dashes will not appear to disturb you. cheers!

    Hi.

    Try going back to a previous Windows point.

    Follow the steps below to restore your computer to a previous date using a restore point:

    1- Type recovery in the search box of the taskbar and choose Recovery (Control Panel).

    2.- Click on Open System Restore.

    3.- Click on Next.

    4.- Select your restore point, and click Next.

    5.- Click on Finish.

    The computer will reboot and present a message on the desktop confirming that the restoration was successful.

    Would you be so kind to say if this solved the problem?
