Windows 10: Windows 10 laptop cant restart

Booted up my gaming laptop and suddenly, it booted in Windows Recovery Mode. I cannot exit this mode and all attempts to restart fail. It says there was an error restarting your PC, no changes were made. No option works, I try to clean the entire drive and it fails, I try to simply restart and it fails. I'd love some help legion Nvidia geforce gtx
