Windows 10: Windows 10 Laptop freezes randomly while working.

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad i3 10th gen with 8gb ram and 1 TB HDD, running Windows 10 with the latest update. It was originally a Windows 10 Laptop and wasn't upgraded from previous versions.Lately, the laptop freezes immediately and doesn't respond. The cursor won't move and any input from the keyboard also doesn't show up on the screen. Sometimes, the screen is still and shows what was on screen and sometimes it goes blank with a black screen. This keeps happening multiple times a day. I checked in Windows Defender but no virus is shown. I have reset my laptop but then also it kept freezingPleas

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
