Windows 10: Windows 10 Laptop Keeps Hanging/Freezing CTRL+ALT+DLT Doesn't Work

The Problem:

PC freezes at random times and doesn't respond even with CTRL+ALT+DLT or CTRL+SHIFT+ESCAPE. All pkaying audio turns into a horrible screech. Anytime this happens my fans start running at max RPM and no input works. When I close the lid the screen and keyboard lights stay on when they should be off. I have repasted the cpu and gpu which helped temperature. Temperature was never high when it crashed and cpu usage would spike uo to 100% usually from 'system interrupts' or 'Antimalware Service Executable'. I have doen multiple full scans from McAfee and Windows, optimized drives, scanns for system corruptions, snd done 3 complete factory resets. This only started happening in October, in which no events with my computer occurred. I've spent too long trying to fix this and don't know what to do anymore, so if anyone can help that would be great. :

Ctrl + Alt + mouse scroll wheel works on a windows 10 Home etition Version 10.0.16299But it doesn`t work on Windows 10 Entreprise 2016LTSB Version 10.0.1.14393 (last update done)

Can Microsoft say if this functionality wiill be available on ecry Windiws 10 ?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Ctrl+Alt+Dlt required SOMETIMES to get to PW prompt

Hey there,

Win10 home:

In the past 6 months or so, when my PC falls asleep, nothing will get the PW prompt to show on screen w/o using Ctrl+Alt+Dlt.

I reboot sometimes and once in a while that will fix it and it will work as expected for a week or two, then will start requiring C+A+D, again. I DO NOT have the box checked (nor have I ever) to for it to require C+A+D.

Any ideas?
