Windows 10: Windows 10 Laptop Keeps Shutting Down Unexpectedly

Hi there!I've been having issues with my laptop lately, which keeps unexpectedly shutting down frequently encountering the BsoD for reasons I'm unable to determine. It started happening around the 13th of April, following a Windows 10 update. I put it down to the KB5025221 update released on the 11th of April. I can't be certain if this is the issue, however, I have attempted to uninstall the update, but every time I proceed to shut down my laptop, the update is reinstalled again. Could this update be the cause of the unexpected shut downs I'm experiencing?I've tried attaching screenshots ta

OK, first complete your system specs, as it will help us diagnose your problem. Second, can you be a bit more descriptive about the "shut off"? Does it go through the windows shut down procedure, or does the power just shut off completely?

It keeps on shutting down unexpectedly.

i got this 2 months back and already it's hard drive has been changed once as it got corrupted

I have told the same thing to the dell customer service but they are adamant that it is due to some heavy files that I open.

I only use the laptop for making experiment on OpenSesame software and nothing else but still this thing keeps on happening
