Windows 10: Windows 10 Laptop not recognizing Headphones(Blackshark V2X) at all

When I plugged in my Blackshark V2X via the audio jack(without the splitter) into my Windows laptop literally nothing happened. The mic doesn't work, and I can listen to audio through the realtek audio channel thing. How can I get my laptop to recognize the mic and headphones as separate things like all my other audio devices? For example, when I plugged in my USBc earbuds for the first time it said "setting up this device" and later something like "this device has been set up" and I could switch between realtek and the usbc audios when I click the sound icon in the taskbar. How do I get that to happen with the headphones? Any help would be appreciated

Razer Blackshark Microphone Not Detected on Realtek

Please try running the troubleshooter on this
page and see if it will find any issues as well.

If the troubleshooters do not resolve the problem, let's uninstall Realtek High Definition Audio Driver from your computer to see if the computer will install the Razer Blackshark driver upon reboot. You can follow the steps below:

• Unplug your headset.
• Click on Start.
• Type Programs and Features then press Enter.
• Select Realtek High Definition Audio Driver.
• Click Uninstall/Change.
• Restart the computer.

The Realtek driver shall be reinstalled after restarting the computer. Plug the headset and see if the the Razer Blackshark driver will finally be recognized.

Headphones Not Recognized as Plugged In

I installed the Conexant driver from the manufacturer's website and ran in compatibility mode for Windows 8. Still the same problem; headphone jack is not recognized at all.

Windows 10 HD audio driver still lists headphones as a playback device, but their status is always "not plugged in" even if they are plugged in.

This is a new laptop (just bought last month from the Microsoft store) and came preinstalled with Windows 10.
